4. Take care of your mind.

A huge part of having a healthy body is having a healthy mind. Often we eat because we are stressed or bored. If you find yourself eating for reasons other than hunger, make a mental note. Notice your state of mind and what emotions you’re feeling. If you’re bored, try a new hobby. Find something that engages your mind and brings out the best in you.
